Hi Peepo,

Really don't have the time to sit down, relax and blog everyday
Whole day already facing the laptop in workplace, back home totally don't want to face the screen anymore. Always tell myself after work before sleep must at least update my bloggie

Back to July 7th, 2016
Planned a dinner date with the bestie and their partners
Lis suggested The Chambers and all of us agreed with it.
It is a combination of Nyonya and Western restaurant.
And it also have hotel rooms and also rooftop area for a drink

The attendees of the night
Boyfie and me;
Alvin - Janice;
Lawrence- Lisa;
W.Boon- Vicky

 A selfie took on that day.

Boyfie, me, Alvin and Jan were a little late that day due to jams..
Four of us are lost at the staircase and climb till all the hotel rooms floor. haha
Luckily got one of the staff walk pass and show us the direction to this restaurant.. so funny..

The environment is really classy and nice for dinner date..
Phone cant capture nicely the environment; below is the only good one I can take ~
Which is the bar section

Chats, Jokes, Laughters,
till
The food is served!
Overall Comment: The environment of the restaurant is cozy and nice however the food taste so so.

:: Roman Carbonara ::
Rm25
All commented the same thing. It is not cheesy enough and taste kind of bland.

:: Beer Battered Fish and Chips ::
RM28
How can this goes wrong right? But nothing to shout over as well..
 the fish is over fried as you can see from the picture below

:: Hainanese Chicken Chop ::
RM18
This is the most satisfying main compared to the rest that we ordered that night.
The sauce is different compare to other restaurant and the size of the chicken chop is really huge
However the chicken is over fried as well.

Chicken roll something?
Haha.. cant really remember the name and also the price..
RM 2x+
This is the main that took a long time to be served that night.
Portion is a little small but they commented the taste is not bad..

A picture with him;

-:2 Nights before Lombok- KayElle:-

Oppsiee..
Again back with my belated entry!
(◕ฺ‿◕ฺ✿ฺ)
Hope everything is well for each of you who are reading this
Is already month of July, the second half of 2016.
So far mine was good despite having to deal with the new stage of working life.
How about you all? Is been 2 months plus since I'm working. Like seriously.. haha.. can't afford to skip class work anymore like studying time as you like
Still unsure whether I am able to cope with this working environment.
Till now I still have the interest to explore further in this field, therefore, I should just follow the flow ~

Back to the title stated above.
Yes, two nights before Lombok we traveled down to the bigCity first.

Last month 18th June'16 is the day we waited for since last year November'15 when we purchased the flight ticket to Lombok for our graduation trip. We planned and calculated and decided to drive down on Saturday (18th June) after my work as flight ticket were slightly at the higher price compared to the cost we drive down. Driving down is a little tiring, however, is more convenient for four of us (L.Chen, Anthony, Boyfie and I ) as we want to go for shopping and also cafe hopping before Lombok. First time travelling out of country with friends and second time out of country with boyfiee.. (the first one was Perth though, and it was last year to surprise his mum, I still haven't blog about it.. my goodness)

Here we go ~
Pit stop for some refreshment before continuing our journey to the big city
As usual, prefer to stop at either Bkt Merah or Tapah pit stop as the toilet are much cleaner and bigger compare to other pit stop =P
Eat.Drink.Sleep.Repeat
One more stop before reaching our dinner place, the car is thirsty..we went to the petrol station to fill some fuel for the car. Each of us come out with RM100 and put in a bag and we going to use that money for our dinner and other expenses (cafe hopping/parking etc) in KL. No need so headache to count later on.. Not to forget we also get to save up some kachings for staying over at eldest sister house for two nights before our Lombok trip. Haha. Also Thanks to bro in law for allowing me and my friends overnight few nights there =P

-The gents-
-The ladies-
:::The first night in KayElle:::
Finally after 3 hours plus in the car from Pg, we finally reached our dinner place.
A Groupfie for the first stop
The interior of the cafe and bar
Is so cozy.. however the phone camera could not capture nicely due to the low lighting
When we are there, not many people occupied the seats in the cafe, while waiting for our dinner is serve, we realised that KL people dinner time are later compared to Penangite.. normally PG lang will go for dinner during 7+ or latest by 8 but for them is like 8.30 or 9  or even later only they take their dinner.
Talks.Pictures.Laughters
before the food is serve
The food is served!
Mine's ;
-: Bangers and Mash :-
RM27
Comes with two big sausages, two poached eggs, spinach and lots of mashed potato hide underneath. This plate able to fit two small eater
Definitely a Yums to the Tums!
I personally quite like this main.. the sausages and the spinach everything goes so well but for boyfiee the sausages taste is too strong for him as the sausages got the strong herbs taste
*blogging this making me drooling*
Boyfie's ;
-: Classic Carbonara ;-
RM 32
Comes with a generous portion of slices of bacon and mushrooms.
 The spaghetti is cook till al-dente, not too soft nor too creamy till you can't finish it.
Anthony's ;
-: Chicken and Pancakes :-
RM29
Comes with breaded chicken fillet served on top of the pancakes ; top with sunny side up and maple syrup. If you are craving for pancakes and also fried chicken you should go for this as it has the mixture of sweet and salty combination. The chicken fillet with the maple syrup makes me think of the Chili's honey chipotle chicken stripes xDD..
Overall is not bad and the portion is huge..
Li Chen's ;
-: Norwegian :-
RM 26.00
If you prefer some light dinner you can opt for this..
Comes with smoked salmon and two poached eggs on top of buttered toast and serve with hollandaise sauce and a side of green
Everything goes well together.. the crunchy buttered toast, the eggs, salmon and the sauce..  noms noms..
After the scrumptious dinner, we walk around to see if there is any cafe we can chill in.
there are many cafes around the area and We opt for ice cream for our dessert. Can you imagine that the shop is so packed till people have to stand and wait for table

Busy looking at the menu
A groupfie at second stop
Deep Photobucket
we Ordered two different flavours to try out.
1) Milo Nuggets  - RM 11
2) Plain Cereal Milk - RM 9
the soft serve is so much better compared to Penang one.
Personally, like the cereal milk one compared to the milo nuggets.
So yummy! Can I have one of this, like right now ?
After dinner and ice cream, we drive to Bangsar to find a place for us to chill as the night is still young. We ended up at Alexis. Wanted to try out their famous Tiramisu, however, is sold out and there is no other cake we feel like trying so we go to the next door for some korean bingsu.
The third stop
The moment you step into this shop, you can smell the strong smell of king fruit, Durian.
Omg.. Is really that strong.. Due to the durian season, the shop comes out with the Musang King Durian bingsu.. even the waiter also recommend us that.. but too bad I do not favour Durian not even a bit so that is a big no no from me.. haha..
We opt for their signature original bingsu which is
-:Injeolmi Red Bean Snow Ice:-
 RM 24
As explained by the waitress, Injeolmi is soybean powder. The bingsu is coated with the Injeolmi powder and it is top with red bean and also tiny bites of mochi all around the bingsu. The taste of the soybean powder are a little similar to Horlicks and the ice is so smooth. It is good to have it during noon time and gathering with friends as the portion is good for sharing.. If there is a chance to go back there, I will definitely opt for their blueberry cheese snow ice. It looks so good.. Go google it =P
After the third stop, my "battery" are a little flat due to last minutes packing till late night and woke up early to go work.
So four of us agree to go home and continue the hunting tomorrow.
 Drove back to sis's house shower up and jump to bed.

:: The second day in KayElle::
19th June 2016
Woke up. Bathe. Get ready and off we go to our first stop of the day.

The whole exterior of the cafe is painted in black colour.
However, the shop signage is too small to be noticed from far. Only got the chalkboard signage and also the mini box is written VCR nearby the door to the cafe.. (see the below pic)
We only ordered two mains and one iced chocolate to share among ourselves
so that we can go more cafes to try out.
We opt for their
-:Soft Shell Crab Burger:-
RM26
I likey this one compared to another main we ordered.
 The sauce in between of the soft shell crab and the bun is so good..
Opss.. The sunlight.. But you still looks good Photobucket

the second mains
=:VCR Breakie:-
RM 28
How can big breakfast go wrong right? However, nothing special to shout over and I feel a little pricey .. This breakie specialty is that it serve with a side of lamb
bolognese at the right-hand side below corner (refer below picture) too bad I could not tell you how good the lamb bolognese as I could not take lamb.. but as I know from boyfiee that the taste like normal bolognese.. haha..
After the brunch session is photo session.
T w i n n i n g ~
First groupfie of the day;
Mandatory shot they say;
While waiting for our food to be serve.
No edit. The natural lighting make our phone camera so powderish feel.
-:Coconut Strawberry Cheesecake:-
RM 10
This is good though.. wish it could be bigger in size xD
shredded coconut on top of the strawberry cheesecake..
Not too sweet to my liking
-: Pesto Pasta :-
RM 18
Since we only have two mains at VCR, we ordered another pesto pasta in Feeka to share
However, it did not turn out like what I expected.
The taste is way too GREENISH..
Could be probably is they blend their own pesto sauce and a bit bland to my liking.
Second groupfie of the day
After the second stop, we straight head to Mid Valley for shopping..
Walk around to hunt for L.Chen sports shoe and also get ourselves the transparent phone cover to prevent our phone from falling inside the water when we at Lombok.
We get the transparent phone cover from Komonoya. Is really value for money.
RM5 for the casing. Quality is not that bad as well =D. After walking for hours, we have some tea break at
| | | nana's green tea, Mid Valley | | |
We saw the shop and straight went and ordered one of the
-:Matcha "Nama Chocolat" Parfait:-
RM 22+
Did not notice that this nana on top floor will serve their parfait in plastic cup instead of glass cup, should had went to the lower ground floor one
Luckily we just ordered one to share among four of us.
We try very hard to finish as the soft serve in the between is really a lot
After the ice cream session, we continue to hunt for L.Chen shoes and also boyfiee's slipper however the whole mall do not have any Fipper shop.. haha.. then we headed to simple dinner at lower ground. Boyfiee want to go and get the pork bun, however the shop already closed down. Therefore, we tried out this spaghetti shop
For people who craving for spaghetti and are a little tight in the pocket.. You can head to this shop.. RM6 for hearty portion of spaghetti where you can choose the one you want out of the 4 available choices in the menu. If you are a big eater,  just add another RM3 to upsize your spaghetti or add RM1.50 if you prefer extra sauce to go with your pasta.. if you do not favor spaghetti there are also other mains like Chicken Confit or Grilled Salmon in the menu and the price is around RM13+ lower than RM15

1) Anthony ordered the Chicken Mushroom Mornay (right top picture)
2) Boyfiee ordered the Carbonara (lower left picture)
3) LiChen ordered the Bolognaise (forget to capture)
4) I ordered the Sausage Spinach (lower right picture)

The taste is not too bad for the money you pay for.
Chicken Mushroom Mornay and Bolognaise are nicer compared to Carbonara and Sausage Spinach as it is a bit bland

After the dinner session, we are out from the mall and off to Publika area to chill..
Too many cafes for us to choose and we ended up at

| | | PAN & TAMPER, Solaris Dutamas, KL | | |
the interior is really cosy and nice to chill and also gathering with friends..
Make the right decision to chill here before our vacay vacay..
We ordered a slice of
-: Mango Cheesecake :-
The cheesecake is not bad however I think the cake already keep too long..
The mango slices on top of the cake is so dry up.. not that fresh anymore..

-: Nutella Cake :-
The chocolate nutella cake is so so so rich .. and so yummy..
Craving for it already now.. so Choooocolllatteyyy ~

-: Iced Chocolate :-
Prefer this iced chocolate compared to VCR as VCR iced chocolate are a little bitter to my liking

-: Cold pressed juice, Beet the Flu :-
The mixture of Apple, Carrot, Beetroot and Celery
It is really refreshing and not too sweet.

*Forget to capture/keep the receipt so no price is stated here, but if not mistaken the price for cake is around RM15/16 and for the drinks is range from RM9-RM15*
With her;
With the boyfie;
Hehee.. Reached sis house and Jayboy welcomes us at the door..
So cute la you.. Missing you already you know... One day I sure will ask sis bring you come back PG and bring you around the park and also the doggy cafe
Bathe and all and start do the packing and counting the Indonesia money
This is to ease our trip when we are at Lombok
*and back then Before we headed down to KL we went to the money changer at Island Plaza to change our money, probably is the one with better rate compared to the one I see in Gurney Plaza and also Queensbay Mall*
RM 1 = 3,250 IDR
Their figure is so so big
Every time we see the IDR price we have to divide with 3250 to know the price in RM
So that we won't overspend our money during the trip.
After sorting everything, we are off to bed.
Till here for now~
Will update the first day at Lombok this coming weekend. so Stay tuned ya peepo..
And tomorrow is Monday already
The Monday blue is kicking in already after enjoying lepak-ing at home and about
 during the long Raya break
Awww... and is gonna be a hectic week.. Photobucket
Happy Monday in advance people!
