Eldest sis Short trip back to Penang

Da Jie came back for a short stay during the weekend 
and been weeks/months she never back to home due to busy working and also have to do stuff in KL Initially she will be bringing JayBoy back but because of the sudden change of bro in law (BIL) relatives following their car so do not have enough space for Jay .. Aww pity puppy have to send to the pet hotel.. see you next time kay Jay.. hehe..

22nd August
Trip to Kek Lok Si for prayers ! 
Dad do not want to follow.. and second sister stuck in jam and could not make it on time home.. so only few of us went..

After the prayers.. Sister and bro in law craving for laksa.. so drop by the Air Itam Market for the laksa and snacks as teatime.. 

After the prayers at Kek Lok Si.. back home and rest awhile..

Bro in law wanted to go Queensbay for a walk and buy car charger.. so off we went there.. 

Due to house television got problem.. Eldest sis and second sis go survey television and straight make up their mind wanted to get it straight away.. so check it at Harvey Norman.. then SenQ and also Aeon.. ended up Eldest sis say get from Harvey Norman better.. so walk back to there and get it..

23th August
Since now is the 7th month according to the chinese calendar.. before sister back to KL
we went to pray great granny at Bukit Gantung.. Eldest sis not feeling that well since midnight and keep feeling nauseated and diarrhea.. hahaa.. I think these few days keep stuff too much good food into her stomach already and make her like that.. hahaa.. Always eldest sister back Mummy will cook her all the good/favourite food.. Only this short stay mum already prepare so many food such as chicken soup, black bean soup, braised chicken feet with mushroom, steam crabs, marinated lala, steam fish, some kind of yam rice and the list go on.. hahaa.. this one did not even include the food she buy from outside.. hahaa.. speedy recovery okay Da Jie *if you read this, hehee.. take good care of urself ok! , and see you soon .. Will be missing you much!!!*

In the process of Healing

Heyyo.. 

I'm back to my bloggie after like 1 week plus 2 weeks? If you read from my previous post I guess you already know I went for a minor surgery about the lump that grow on my right wrist near my veins and nerves (can see at the pictures below).. Actually to recall back my surgery process seriously still make me little bit bit scare.. bcoz mind keep thinking all sort of things.. how if this and that happen....

On the 7th August 2015, Friday, after dropping little sister to work , went to breakfast with Mummy at Pulau Tikus market before heading straight to Island Hospital..Reach there sharp 9am and Do the registration and admit in the Day ward.. the nurse pass me the ''ninja suit'' hospital gown and ask me to change.. ( *okay I googled it so I know whats the proper name for it*dont laugh!) then ask me to wait for other nurse to call my name to follow them to the operation ward..

 while changing .. seriously I don't know how to wear that gown .. and I wear it terbalik.. hahaha... ask my mum to help me..plus the nurse tell me to remove everything including bra and panty.. *in my mind, I'm thinking huh?? how to remove all some more that time I'm on period.. walk to the nurse and tell her I'm on period.. she say nevermind.. she will give me their "pad"* hahaa.. here comes the funny part.. I don't know how to wear the pad she give.. hahaa.. she demonstrate for me how to tie and all.. and ask me go to the toilet and tie it myself.. seriously.. haha.. I just follow what I remember from her demonstration and tie tie tie.. lol.. so loose.. and not secure at all.. and the pad have two string to tie around the waist..like sumo.. but luckily period is coming to an end.. or not really GG.. 

after changing into the gown.. they want me to remove all my nail polish and take off every accessories that I have on .. so just guai guai obey lo... after done everything I'm actually quite sleepy.. because previous night do not have a good sleep maybe worry too much.. so just lie on bed texting baby and wait for the nurse to call my name.. Mummy was with me all the time.. 感恩

About 11 plus.. one of the nurse push me in to operation ward.. wait there like 2 hours.. so cold, 

keep yawning..but cannot fall asleep so see the nurse and doctor push in and out so many surgery patients.. while waiting for my turn.. beside me sitting another patient, talk to her a bit bcoz I'm bored.. the girl younger than me two years also doing the ganglion cysts removal.. but her growth is on her right ankle .. 

About 12 plus the nurse call my name and check with me my name and all.. then bring me into the operation room.. my heart beat so fast.. hahaa..I guess they bring me to a quite small/medium operation room .. the moment I push in the operation room.. I scan over the room and the room really very bright though with a lot of lights on the ceiling, a big stereo right in front of the bed I lying on.. playing catchy songs and one big clock above it.. and the room really really cold .. not like the one I imagine.. creepy lights with geli geli environment.. hahaa.. which make me a little relieve.. but still make me wonder how come there is a stereo there and playing this kind of music hahaa..

One of the nurse again double confirm my name and signature and put the "clip" on my index finger on my left hand to monitor my heart rate and another nurse bring over a "pipe thingy" but blowing out hot air to keep me warm throughout the surgery..then another nurse strap few "thingy" (like those they tie the mental disorder people to their bed) to hold my legs and body to the bed.. I guess is to prevent me from moving during the surgery kua.. since I'm gonna be fully awake as they gonna numb my hand only.. haha.. 

Suddenly a guy wearing green gown walk come in.. heard the nurse say you do today? I shock how come my doctor suddenly change become an Indian man.. then after few minutes Doctor C came in.. pheww.. then only know the Green Gown man actually is the one who help the doctor to hold me/pass him tools during the surgery..  the green gown man hold my right hand up and ask me to follow him do some movement..  open and close my right hand few times then he gonna tie my arm there real tight.. and again my assumption.. maybe to stop my hand blood from flowing to my wrist.. after the very tight tie.. another nurse bring an extra board to fix beside the bed to operate.. Doctor C greet and smile to me.. hahaa.. quite nervous that time... and ask him I'm gonna look at you operate ? LOL.. *what kind of question is that.. seriously..* he laughed and say "no no.. we got a plastic thingy to cover .. you can't see it.." hahaa..  then tell me he gonna inject the numb thingy injection d.. will a little pain.. so I dare not see and turn to my left.. a little pain when the injection go in.. I guess three dose? then when done with the injection my right hand feel so numb till I do not have the energy to lift it up.. I turn over to my right to have a look before they put the plastic thingy.. and saw how come my wrist swollen like one egg inside like that.. really shock and in a split second I turn back my left..

Nearly cried.. but luckily I didn't .. haha.. see the clock .. is 1.15pm then surgery start ..because Doctor C ask pain or not.. and again my assumption.. to check whether the numb injection works or not.. after that he keep quiet d..  in my heart thinking.. how if the numb injection did not work.. and I can feel the cutting.. hahaa.. damn siao my mind that time.. then keep ask the cute cute nurse standing on my left.. how it is? cut already? done already? hahaa.. she keep laugh and say don't know .. can't see.. so I gave up and close my eyes trying to sleep but I can't .. can feel the doctor take things to korek korek and all but no feeling because very the numb.. then got one moment.. the doctor like use some "electric thingy" to sot me.. then got the burn smell.. hahaa.. very curious whats that.. but I did not ask.. keep stare at the clock .. time moving very slow that time.. suddenly nose feel so itchy and ask the nurse can I rub my nose awhile .. hahaa.. all the while just stare at the clock.. 1.20 pm I heard the doctor say stitch.. then got one nurse counting aloud.. 1....2....3....4....5....6....7....8 then don't know say what to another people.. like that do and all.. then repeat again .. 1...2...3....4....5...6....7....8 caterpillar/centipede *forget already*.. hahaa.. so cute term.. then heard the doctor say again stitch !.. *my gawd.. why wanna say out.. make me more nervous only* then the heart rate monitor like beep quite fast during that moment.. hahaa..

1.30pm the operation light is off.. the nurse all take the plastic away .. remove the heart beat clip from my finger.. the hot air pipe.. the strap.. and say done already.. ask me whether can sit up.. so I sit up.. then ask me whether dizzy or not and all..at that moment No.. so again I scan the board attached to the bed that used for my wrist surgery.. all blood.. and on the floor too.. with the yellow solution all.. yuckss.. but don't know why the blood like darker red .. and cottons with blood stains all.. haha.. Then the nurse ask me to walk out.. LOL.. so funny.. Did not know after surgery .. the patients have to walk out just like that from the room.. then Doctor C walk come back and saw.. and scold the nurse.. No.. push the patient with wheelchair.. hahaa... guai guai sit on the chair push back to the Day Ward.. out from the operation ward and saw mummy and dad waiting already.. hahaa.. 

Back to the dayward and the nurse ask me sign the form.. hand seriously damn numb.. so just simply sign.. then change back my own clothes.. terrible feeling.. my hand cannot even touch anything.. touch only feel so numb numb numb.. so mummy help me out.. and bought me lunch.. then take one tablet of pain killer.. rest awhile and discharge already.. wait so long .. but surgery just took like half an hour... haha.. 

Right after the surgery.. hahaa..

On the 10th August 2015, check up.. doctor did not say anything.. and just remove the bandage only.. and stick a plastic thingy for me.. and ask me to come check up on the 24th August 2015.. just simple procedure like that cost me another 299+ .. no eyes see..

see the blue black on my palm near to my thumb and my wrist below ... yea... real pain... temporarily an OKU can't wash my hair .. can't eat with my right hand.. can't hold phone with right hand .. anything to do with right hand .. all cannot.. all temporarily must use left hand.. *ewww.. right...* hahaa luckily now on sem break.. or not really miserable.. and I think people who don't know about this .. they will thought I try to commit suicide.. hahaa...

I'm still in the process of healing..
Now can move more already.. still remember the first few days.. I cannot even show number 4 with my right hand.. Thanks to my family members especially my Mummy.. who stay with me throughout the surgery time.. bring me to check up and all.. *LoveYou*

Boyfiee who almost everyday after the surgery keep asking me whether feeling better or not.. and get me the food I craving after the surgery.. bring me here and there.. *LoveLoveYou-Muacks* 

Darlings, friends  who texted me and ask me about my conditions and all.. (you know who you are) I appreciate it alot ! Especially you.. LiChen.. who came all the way from your house to my house to visit me on that night.. after my surgery.. *Hugs* 

and Yea.. after the surgery day..instead of staying home rest and all..
 I went out watch movie.. cafe hopping and all.. chill..
life still goes on right ~ xDD

Ps ; have to research for my project already for the upcoming semester..aikss.. eight days to my last semester result.. one week plus to my new semester.. holiday why you fast end?

Ganglion cysts

Yesterday yesterday (5/7/2015) went to the hospital with little sister and mummy to consult the bone specialist about my wrist that grow a lump since one year plus ago. While on our way to registration counter , Bump into mum's friend and tell her about it and ask her to recommend which doctor should I consult since she is working at the hospital.. So coincidence.. She also just done her cyst ganglion removal surgery and she told me better remove it .. As hers grow on her finger and it multiply.. She recommend me to consult Doctor C. as he is one of the top bone specialist in the hospital. When enter the room, the doctor seems to be very busy and his office got three nurse helping him to arrange this and that. Show him my wrist and he confirm is a cyst ganglion. Just like one year plus ago when I go for the xray scanning the doctor also proven is a cyst ganglion. And yet both the doctor also say the same thing that some people that grow cyst ganglion wont bother to remove it  if the cyst did not cause any pain or disturbance to them when carrying out activities. But my case .. Tbe cyst ganglion grow quite near to my wrist nerves so whenever I put too much pressure on it or terknock on something.. It pain like hell seriously .. So he schedule me to do the surgery on Friday morning (7/8/2015) and tell me about the surgery procedure .. He told me that he only will numb my wrist so Im still awake during the surgery.. Then ask him the surgery going to conduct in a room or have to go to the operation theatre.. He smile and say operation theatre.. And i did ask him whether pain or not.. He also just smile and say when inject will be a little pain after that you cannot feel d.. But Im awake le.. My gawddd but  luckily I just have to stay at the dayward and after six hours I can discharge and back home no need to overnight or not I really cant sleep lo..(yes.. Im a scardy cat)... Think back .. one year plus I been to few "tulang tabib" (those chinese urut urut.. Hahaa) to help me solve it but the result still the same.. The lump did not go away.. So ended up Now i have to go for surgery.. Just consult the doctor for not more than 10 minutes .. Already cost 200+ so expensive le.. No money really cannot go private hospital. Luckily I have insurance to cover the expenses. But Till now i Really dont know what causes it to grow on my wrist.. Doctor say it could be due to carry too heavy stuff..  Dont know is it because of carry too heavy stuff when I work with Redbull? Or is it because I play bowling with friends time swing wrongly? Hahaaa I really dont know.. And funny thing is I dont even know when it appear till someday when I writing some notes suddenly feel why my wrist so pain then only realise how come there is a lump there.. Anyhow tomorrow is the surgery day.. Even is a minor surgery but still make me think so much.. Hahaaa.. Hopefully after that it wont grow again.. 

Ganglion cysts are noncancerous lumps that most commonly develop along the tendons or joints of your wrists or hands. They also may occur in the ankles and feet. Ganglion cysts are typically round or oval and are filled with a jelly-like fluid. 

Birthday Treat for Little Sister

Plan with friends to go together to Sungai Petani Alley but plan was a bit messy ended up friends could not make it.. This is the second time I travel to SP Alley .. The first one was with Lichen, Vivon and Eong Chyng.. Click here to read about it.. This time is with boyfiee and little sister...

We finally reached with the help of Waze.. hahaa.. Really thanks to those who invented this apps.. Really lend a big hand to people (like us) on the road.. ^^

 more and more people coming in. And again like the first time .. we did not go to the second floor since the first floor still got place for us..

During the first visit.. they do not have set menu.. Now they have it.. 

Little sis initially wanted to order the minced meatball bolognese but the waitress said it was sold out.. haha.. She have to go with the ala carte since the rest of the set menu does not catch her attention.. As stated in the set menu .. with the price of RM15/16 you entitle to get a main, a homemade mushroom soup and a lemonaid.. I guess is hard to find this deal in Penang Island.. hahaa

the taste of the guava and sour plum really refreshing..

the combination of frozen grapes ; watermelon ; one scoop of ice cream  .. (don't know whether is chocolate or cookie cream but i guess the taste is more to cookie cream) and passion fruit / mango cordial? 

Wanted to try this Alley Punch so long already..

During our visit to Penang Alley they do not serve yet.. same goes to Butterworth Alley..

 Finally we get to try it here..The combination looks really weird and unique at the same time.. and nice colour mixturebut what matter is the taste right.. it taste good though.. surprisingly we quite like it.. Hahaa..

love the grilled chicken skewers with the sauce, capsicum, onion and pineapple.. all perfectly grilled but the last chicken skewers, the chicken was not really cook inside..  

and as for the sides, the sauteed mushroom and vegetables are too salty .. Sis joke that maybe the chef forgotten that he already put salt.. so he season another time.. Hahaa..

 Overall we three still enjoy the food and drinks there..

After our lunch at Alley.. Went to the town and take away 2 packs of laksa for parents.. then Boyfiee come across a shop through Foursquare selling some milk tea and the ratings was quite high .. Without hesitate .. he straight drive us to the shop to get the drink before we head back to the island..

When we park our car.. we see quite a lot of Malay customers went in.. 

So we stand outside of the cafe and look at the menu for few minutes before we went in.. 

Boyfiee open the door time.. all the customers were Malay .. and all were looking at us like one kind.. hahaha... like we go wrong place like that... then we assume that this shop must be own by Malay owner .. in the shop only two table available and like 4-5 wood benches for customers to seat while waiting for their drinks.. most of the people take away.. since the shop a bit stuffy as the air con not functioning really well.. since three of us so full .. we only order one ice milk green tea Xtra Large..

hahaa.. their marketing strategy really works.. Rm4 for the normal large cup like those in cinema

and Rm4.50 for the extra large cup.. while waiting at the queue .. we see everyone also go with the extra large since is just 50 cent different.. hahaa.. Taste really good though.. Betul betul KAW.. 

Really an enjoyable Sunday road trip with loved ones..
